Presidential Views On Abortion

Almost all presidential candidates in the United States are expected to give their opinion on some pressing issues like abortion. Presidential candidate John McCain totally was pro-life and discouraged abortion. New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani supports abortion rights. Presidential candidates have the right to support what they believe in, whether it is pro life or pro choice. Both the choices have their own ethical and moral values along with their own advantages and disadvantages.

Pro-life means that people do not support abortion and believe that the baby has every right to come into the world. It could be intelligent, become a scientist or a very popular person if allowed to come into this world. By aborting a mother is denying the chance for a life to evolve. Pro-choice also believes that if a person does not wish to keep the baby then they can give birth to the baby and then give it for adoption. At least this way the baby will find a home to live and loving parents. The school of thought here is that abortion is killing and it is a criminal act.

Pro-choice supporters believe that every person has the right to make a choice about their own life. The pro-choice do not necessarily support abortion but they believe that every individual has the right to make choice. If a woman is not yet ready to become a mother then she should not.
