You have to measure the body weight and multiply by 1.082. Add the result you get to 94.42. Save the number you get out of this calculation. Then multiply the waist length that you get with 4.15. Subtract the girth of the waist from the result you got first and calculate the overall body fat.
For women the specifications are quite different. You will need to measure the body weight, the wrist circumference, the waist circumference, the hip circumference and the forearm circumference. Here is the procedure to do it.
