When it is summer sometimes the weather can get extremely hot for people to stay outdoors even in the United States. In places like California, Arizona, Nevada and Texas, the summers are pretty hot and many people here reportedly get admitted to the hospital due to heat strokes. Heat strokes can be very dangerous and any delay in treatment could turn fatal.

 

Extremely hot weather does not suit normal human beings and can take a toll on the human body. In the United States, on an average every year, during the summer about 175 deaths are reported. People who are mostly at risk of a heat stroke are the elderly, children, and people who are overweight and have alcohol problems.

It is best to be prepared and always be attentive to the radio and television announcements for the latest information on weather in your area.
