Am I Suffering From Manic Depression Test ?

A manic depression test is conducted for anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders and panic attacks. The symptoms displayed at a physical level for panic attacks are intense distress, and a very strong or overwhelming feeling of fear.

This fear is seen when there is no reason found in the surrounding environment to be afraid of or when there is no physical danger present.

The sufferer goes through increased pulse rate, nervousness, and even a dizzy sensation. A panic attack is usually very intense when it begins and slowly fades. It is a result of a built up feeling which comes in full force and then recedes slowly.

The only way to help a person suffering from panic attack is to calm them down and provide a lot of emotional support. While conducting a manic depression test it is found that patients find it difficult to explain themselves and reason with themselves.

As per research women are more susceptible to panic attacks. Manic depression tests have been conducted in people of all ages including children. The most common symptoms are noticed in people above 20 years of age. However, even children experience panic attacks and because of the lack of communication it is very difficult to diagnose manic depression in them. There are a lot of support groups today working with people with anxiety disorders and manic depression to help them overcome their problems. There are also self help groups who help each other overcome their problems of depression.

If you want to figure out whether you are suffering from manic depression, you should undertake a manic depression test. The test is usually administered by a psychologist who will be able to interpret the test results and give you a diagnosis.
