This may set unhealthy working patterns for the body. An easier option is to eat wholesome food which takes time to get digested and broken into glucose into the blood. This also regulates the body’s function.
Sugary food provides instant energy and so hypoglycemic patients should avoid such foods. A better solution is to consume high protein diet along with rich fibrous foods. The combination allows the body to digest the food at a moderate pace. Lean meats, salads, fruits and other vegetables can be planned smartly for meals.
