Any long term condition if not cured can pose as a serious health risk eventually. Hypoglycemia is caused when blood sugar levels in the blood drop. It can be caused to other conditions like diabetes, kidney disorders and heart conditions. Low or high blood pressure is also caused by the altering levels of insulin in the body and hormonal imbalance.

 

There are several risks of hypoglycemia like having heart attacks, seizures that affect the brain, paralytic attack and death. Hypoglycemia has mostly been associated with diabetes and very rarely it was found that people had this condition without being diabetic. The good news is hypoglycemia is an easily manageable condition. However, if a person is careless with the condition, it can become a peril.

It becomes a long term health risk when a person lets episodes happen too often. Repeated episodes of hypoglycemia attacks can start affecting the brain with similar patterns and eventually cause it to seize. Management of the condition is utmost important to avoid any repeated seizures. There are several individuals today who are leading healthy lives through exercise and a good diet. Hypothermia is a condition that seems to spike up when neglected and remain calm when healthy. It is not progressive in nature but it can have long term effects if not kept under control.

Very rarely do people die from the result of low blood pressure but the condition is capable of contributing to factors leading to death easily. It also exposes us to other health risks like diabetes and heart related diseases.
