There are several reasons for hemorrhagic strokes to occur like habits, some conditions like diabetes and diseases like cancer. As long as the habits and conditions exist, the stroke will also recur. Every hemorrhagic stroke is treated differently and even when it recurs the kind of damages it may present is different.
