All hypnosis is self hypnosis. Even though there is a therapist who guides the individual in the process, it is the individual himself who goes into the state of hypnosis. |
Hypnosis is a simultaneous state of relaxation and increased consciousness brought about by suggestion. The person’s concentration is focused either inward to thoughts or outward to tasks.
The focus is narrowed so that other stimuli present in the environment are totally ignored. Hypnosis is completely normal. It is not possible to put an individual in a trance against his wishes. One has to be a willing partner to achieve a state of hypnosis.
A person when hypnotized becomes more aware of what is happening around him than when he is in the normal state of mind as the senses work better. Hypnosis itself is not therapy. It is used to create a state of mind where the inner processes can be brought forward. It is the inner processes that give the desired results. When the client is in the hypnotic state of mind, the therapist can give suggestions to help the client.
When the person reaches the hypnotic state of mind, suggestions that are given are acceptable and the mind follows them. So instructions required for the orgasm also can be given in the form of CD which can be played. These instructions when they reach the subconscious mind when the person is in a relaxed meditative state, the body acts on this suggestion. The body will be fully released and the feelings of sexual pleasure and ecstasy will be experienced throughout the entire body.
A person who is unable to experience orgasm could be due to a blockage or resistance in the subconscious mind. The orgasm induced through hypnosis can overcome that barrier and remove and release the resistance from the subconscious and the person will experience the feelings of sexual pleasure.
